Sometimes you just have no words

I had a voicemail from LifeSong for Orphans earlier today. I returned the call and Becky told me that we had received a grant to go towards our adoption expenses. $2000! It is a direct grant, so we do not have to raise funds to match it. And it is from a church in Katy Texas. The whole thing is shocking and amazing.

Shocking and amazing because we do not attend this church, have never attended this church and do not know anyone at this church. We did not apply for a grant from this church, we didn't even know this church existed until today. I have no idea how this happened. Well, I do have an idea, only God can do this. Only God can move people to love each other so much that they would give financially to help a family bring their son home. Only God can move on people to give to a family they have never met and likely will never meet. Only God.

Thank you Lord for placing people in our lives, even people we do not know, to provide for this adoption. All praise and glory to You! Amen!!!
