One of our fears during this whole journey is that we would find ourselves waiting on the US government side of things to be able move forward. We are there right now.
Many of us have already filed the final document required for USCIS (immigration) and find ourselves without our original immigration approval. USCIS has created a replacement document for our cases and is supposed to be sending it up the chain so that it can be approved and sent out to all of the waiting families. It has been over two weeks that we have been waiting for this document. And it is the only document many of us need in order to have a 100% complete dossier. We need that piece of paper. Yesterday.
Please pray for favor with USCIS and whomever it is that needs to approve this document for distribution. Please pray for a burden on their hearts for the families and these cases. And pray for patience and that we would trust God during this time. It seems harder and harder to bear the little bumps when we seem to be so close!
