that our dossier most likely will arrive in country on Monday. First the dossier has to be "legalized." I have no idea what that means, I guess our paperwork will be poked and prodded and inspected to make sure everything looks legalizable. It costs $300 for this process, so I am sure it is a very thorough poking and prodding and inspecting.
Then it will go to the ministry that oversees adoptions. They have shifted that responsiblity from one ministry to another numerous times in the last 4 years, so I honestly cannot remember which one it is that nows holds the power. We'll just call it "MTOA", Ministry That Oversees Adoptions. Sound good? Great.
Just a few more steps to get our boy home, but they are big steps. We hope and pray that they remain steps and do not become battles.
