TODAY!
We are very thankful for the great working relationship between our former agency and this new one. The new agency has taken dossiers submitted by our former agency, translations and all and accepted them "as is" with no questions or pickiness. Many agencies want things "just so" and will not work with other agencies or their clients to make transferring from one agency to another very easy. But these two agencies have worked out all of the kinks so that families can transfer over seamlessly. Thus, our dossier arrived at the new agency today and is going out today with several other dossiers.

Now we wait. It will take about 5 days for our dossier to travel from here to there. It must be "legalized" and then it will be submitted to the authorities overseeing adoptions. And hopefully soon we'll hear that we have travel dates and are officially matched (again)!
