Today has been a good day! Went to Walmart this morning and got gifts for the orphanage workers and some toys and gifts for Asa and his buddies. Josiah was so excited to help pick things out and Ezra was super excited to get a new panda bear to snuggle with in bed. I hope that it will be another thing he can latch onto for comfort while we are gone :(
We got home and our passports and with new visas had arrived! Yeah, they are going to let us in! And in the regular mail was a refund check from our ENT. Bethany had tubes put in a few weeks ago and they over-estimated our portion of the bill and sent us the $537.92 refund! We also received another gift in the mail from a dear friend! Such unexpected blessings!
Update on my Mother in Law. They did emergency surgery on Wednesday night and we were all shocked that they found cancer in her stomach and through out her abdomen. We do not have any pathology reports back yet to know what kind of cancer, so we have no prognosis. She is taking the news well so far and told us, "I am a fighter!" We do not intend to change our travel plans at this point. Her daughter can come to help and she has several friends who can also help her once they discharge her. Keep her in your thoughts and prayers please.
