Prayers for wisdom appreciated. Our dossier is ready to transfer to the new agency and to be shipped to the ministry overseeing adoptions. We have heard some rumors that make us want to wait a few days. But we have been held captive to rumors for 3.5 years. We need wisdom and discernment. Thanks friends!
