Rosa's Cafe & Tortilla Factory is a local chain, well, not so local now as they have stores all over Texas, but local enough....it is fast food Mexican style. But not Taco Bell type fake Mexican food. They make the tortillas fresh in the store. You can see 'em doing it while you eat.
The food is yummy and the location is super convenient for us to eat there every Monday night before Mike's weekly CPR class. Tonight was our first night to eat there since we returned home from Kyrgyzstan. And it was Asa's first time to eat a Rosa's bean and cheese burrito. He liked it. He liked both of the burritos he ate. And the nachos!
The boy is a real Texan!
And as you can see, is becoming quite the ham when I pull out my iphone to take his picture!
See the little spot on his chin? It is not beans. (there is no way he would allow food to drip on his face, and double no way he would leave it there! the boy is a neat freak and he likes his food, let no drop go uneaten!) Anyway, the spot...I think it is impetigo. He woke up this morning with a mysterious spot and now it is kind of crusty. I guess we'll be calling the pediatrician in the morning.
We also had Asa's first road trip today. I took Asa, Judah and Bethany to Lubbock today. It is about a two hour drive. He did great! They watched the movie Tintin on the way and then he napped on the way home. Perfect passenger :)
were you at the one on the 191 loop. we drove by there yesterday. so glad to see him smile and hope they continue to go well. hope dr gets rid of that spot. no fun having that.
